What are confidential companies?

Some companies (especially government entities and large corporations) prefer to keep their identity confidential until they shortlist candidates. You'll learn the company name when you are shortlisted.

Is my data protected?

Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for stored data and SSL/TLS for all data in transit. We comply with Saudi PDPL and UK GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

We verify companies within 1-2 business days. We'll ask you to provide commercial registration or company documents. Verification is free for all plans.

What is the refund policy?

All payments are final as a general rule. Refunds are very limited and only for documented technical failures that entirely prevent publishing (must report within 48 hours). No refunds for change of mind, failure to hire, or internal company reasons. See the full Refund Policy page.

For government entities and large corporations preferring discretion, we offer to hide company name and details from candidates until shortlisting. Ideal for privacy and sensitive roles.

What is the difference between Growth and Business Pro?

Growth: Ideal for immediate, limited hiring — pay per listing and each stays active until filled with 10 AI screening credits. Business Pro: Ideal for ongoing hiring — one annual payment covering 100 listings, unlimited AI screening, featured listings, and priority support.
